Client was arrested in the drivers seat of a turned off automobile with a passed out passenger, flat a tire, nearby destroyed shrubbery, soiled pants, and a BAC of .23 at 6:25 am; and an alleged admission to driving. After our investigation and litigation of the DMV hearing, we argued there was not sufficient evidence to prove the motor vehicle was driven by my client. The DMV ruled in our favor and the client was recently found "not guilty" at the Airport Courthouse - Los Angeles Superior Court. Your first line of defense in a DUI begins with the DMV, remember you only have 10 days from the date of arrest to reserve your hearing.

TRIAL UPDATE: Prevailed at the Torrance Courthouse this morning, in obtaining two permanent restraining orders against two senior citizens. My Client is a young man, who asserted allegations of violence, based on the two parties motivation to obtain my Client's deceased father's estate. The other parties alleged my Client was the aggressor and they were to old to have assaulted my Client. The Judge thought otherwise. It matters not what you say; only what can be proven. I have litigated restraining orders since I was a law clerk in 1993 at the Thurgood Marshall Justice Center in Compton. Please call or walk-in should you have any question concerning a restraining order. I have offices in Redondo Beach and Palmdale, California.
